It’s starts at home, you observe your child at the dinner table, in social settings, playing with same age peers and something doesn’t align. You start researching, talking to parents, teachers, and your pediatrician. Frustration sets in when no one gives you a straight answer on what your child needs.
It’s no secret that the journey of starting treatment and getting an official diagnosis is a lengthy one.
This can be a confusing time for a parent or caregiver. Between insurance, evaluations, recommendations and notes to be sent back and forth to different providers, it can help to have a guide through this journey.

S T E P 1
It all starts with a screening
$50 | 30 mins
No one knows your child better than you and sometimes you just need a sounding board.
Our Occupational Therapist will communicate with parent/caregiver and listen to their concerns or questions.
Then the OT will run a series of shorts tests that look at visual motor skills, fine motor skills, gross motor skills, cognition, and problem solving etc.
Next steps include OT communicating with your pediatrician and working with parent/caregiver on a treatment plan if applicable.

Next steps are up to you. Every family and child are different,
let us guide you down the path you choose.
Attentive Path $275
This path is for the attentive parent. You want a comprehensive evaluation with in depth documentation to send to providers. This package includes an in depth evaluation (60 mins), extensive notes, communication with pediatrician and a customized treatment plan. All this will be forwarded to your pediatrician and other appropriate providers to help get an official diagnosis. After this we can start treatment or recommend a therapist to you if we don’t provide the service. Our sessions start at $150 per session.
Assertive Path
$350
This path is for the assertive parent. You want to start treatment quickly and want detailed documentation to send to providers. This package includes an in depth evaluation (60 mins), extensive notes, communication with pediatrician and a customized treatment plan. All this will be forwarded to your pediatrician and other appropriate providers to help get an official diagnosis. After this your first treatment session is included in this package. That’s $75 off your first treatment.
Consultative Path
$25/mo
This is for the parent who needs advice. make you aware of signs and symptoms while watching your child's development. You want to know some tricks and tips to navigate insurance and want recommendation for appropriate doctors. You want some helpful home activities that begin to address your child’s needs. This package includes a monthly follow up phone call to see how the progress has been going and to check in.
