About Us
Chase King, an Atlanta native, graduated from Colorado College in 2005 and earned his Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from the Medical College of Georgia in 2010. He began his career as an Occupational Therapist in the school systems of New York City and Denver working with special needs children.
His time in pediatrics has focused on Developmental Delays, Early Childhood Development and Autism Spectrum Disorder. Chase transitioned to the other end of the life spectrum working in assisted living facilities and in skilled nursing with aging adults before returning to pediatrics. Being a child at heart, Chase makes therapy functional, interactive and fun! He enjoys spending time in the outdoors, traveling, camping, skiing and hiking.
Chase’s list of advanced training is extensive and includes: sensory processing disorders and treatment, executive function and regulation skills, visual processing therapy, Therapeutic Listening systems, the ZONES of regulation, Ready Bodies Learning Minds, primitive reflex integration, and the Handwriting Without Tears program.

In-person customized therapy visits in our clinic. This traditional approach allows patients to utilize the clinic space and tools to support your child's therapeutic needs.

Virtual collaborative therapy flexible to meet your families schedule. This collaborative approach will train parents and children in ways to meet their goal set areas.

Out to Launch
Group therapy to meet your child's needs while providing social engagement with peers in the great outdoors. Out to Launch focuses on developing the whole child. Addressing each child's area of need and incorporating a collective approach to developing the individual.

Monday, Tuesdays, Wednesday and Thursday from 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
At the clinic, please arrive 5 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time.
Arriving a bit early ensures that you will be ready for your visit to start on time. -

Launch Therapy LLC is a specialized patient and family-centered practice. We pride ourselves on the unique needs of our clients. We are currently applying to be in network with Medicaid.
We will provide you with a Super Bill for you to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement based on your out-of-network coverage. We do not bill for any insurances at this time.
We are currently in the process of becoming in-network with Georgia Medicaid and some Medicaid CMO’s
Your payment is due in full at the time of service. We accept cash, check or credit cards (Visa, MasterCard & Discover).

A minimum of 36-hours notice is required for canceling/rescheduling any appointment. We will try to provide an email or text reminder to prevent no-shows or late cancellations. However, due to the limited number of available therapy times, a $60 no show/cancellation fee will be applied.
